The quality of the product is very low. The products after purchase do not match what is shown on the store's website. The seller is obliged to make them available. Before purchasing, please always check whether the website has an address to which you can send a return - in the event of a complaint. Often, the lack of an address means that we will send returns to China at our own expense. Please check the price of the product you are looking for in other stores, often a big promotion is simply not possible. It is worth contacting the store before buying, is their phone answered? It is worth repeating this procedure for any online purchases. It is worth checking the store's Facebook page, are there comments under the posts? Is it empty and makes you think. Please remember that the market of purchased positive comments is booming, so please verify the content carefully. The above procedure will not protect us from fraudsters, but it can reduce the risk that we will buy a faulty product. You can contact the ombudsman for consumer rights when the store does not send the goods or does not accept complaints and there are problems with communication with the store. You have been scammed by any online store, also write to us. On our Facebook page you can publish photos and publicize the case so that fewer people are deceived.
Tragedy!!!!! Do not buy anything from this shop. I have been waiting over two months for my order. Scammers. Thanks to this site, I at least know that if I receive my order at all I'd better not return it, if that's how it's supposed to be
After a hard battle with this shop I managed to get a refund.
Starting from the beginning - order placed on 3 July, shipped on 5 July. Delivery was supposed to take between 10 and 35 working days. I said OK, I'll wait a bit. As the 40th working day passed, I started writing to the company to ask when I would receive the package. I was told about 5-10 times that the order would be delivered within 7 working days. Days went by and the package was not there. When I asked for a refund, I received "Please be patient, the package will arrive. You get 20% discount". This was cheeky, because if one order didn't arrive for me why would another order arrive?
After, note, 67 working days, i.e. 7 October, the package arrived. THAT IS MORE THAN 3 MONTHS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER!!!
The package arrived, but incomplete. Which the company did not deign to inform me about. When insisting on the missing items, the company offered me a voucher to use in their shop (yeah, because I feel like waiting another 3 months for the dresses). After quite firm emails on my part, I managed to get a refund.
PS. Easy returns and exchanges is the slogan the company boasts about on its website, so let me inform you that the return has to be done to China and you have to pay out of your own pocket for it, about £60 for delivery. Also, these are not such easy returns.

I tak czekam do dnia dzisiejszego. Jestem zażenowana, zrezygnowana, bezsilna. Nikt mnie w taki sposób nie potraktował. Zostałam oszukana przez firmę. NIE POLECAM!!!
