Everything nice and beautiful until the order was placed and paid for. Ordered a set of furniture, despite the fact that it is long past the deadline still no order. After two weeks, the shop has not refunded the money and does not reply to messages or phone calls. If you do not want to be cheated, please do not use this shop.
After dozens of attempted phone calls (I was blacklisted) and an intervention on Messenger, I finally managed to call (from a different number) the shop. An unpleasant conversation with the lady led to a refund today. Consumer rights are on our side, dear reader.

My wife and I placed an order for a set of furniture at the beginning of December 2021 for £2,700. No contact with the company, no refund and no goods. Negative comments are immediately deleted. The company is constantly led around by the nose with slogans such as: "the manufacturer is delayed", "the goods are packed", " the goods have been shipped", " no goods - we will return the money".

Tragic company. This is the first time I have been scammed like this. It took a lot of searching to find out that Baby Stars are scammers. It was a shame that I had to pay in advance as I wanted the goods to be delivered quickly. I ordered a cot and a chest of drawers for my daughter's room, and to this day she would still have nothing to sleep on. The phone went silent, after trying to call several times at different times of the day. It even got to the point where it was switched off between 10am and 3pm when I persistently called 30-40 times. I received redundant replies to my email saying that the order would be sent on Tuesday, only no one stated which Tuesday, as to this day I have not seen the order. After two months of exchanging emails, I was informed that my order had been cancelled and they were asking for an invoice for a refund. Only. here, too, it's a bummer because nothing has been credited to the account. Today I went to report the matter to the police. I will report my case wherever I can, maybe others will learn from my mistake.

Hey . I would caution against ordering from this shop. The order was delayed for weeks . After persistent phone calls and numerous emails I asked for it, it came halfway. I waited another 3 weeks for the second half. The reply was that the manufacturer was not delivering so I asked for a refund. This was to be within 14 days. I found some bad reviews on the internet and wrote to say I was worried about getting my money back and was scolded that I must be joking. The time to return the money has passed and I have not received an answer to my e-mails or a refund. I should add that the amount is not small. I have an e-mail for everything and I will probably report the matter, but I don't want anyone to suffer the stress I did.
I confirm the feedback, I was also scammed by the BAby stars shop. Since August they do not want to give me the scammed money back. I have written enough comments on this site already. Shame on them for running a business like this.

My husband and I placed the order at the beginning of March; before that, I had been discussing the details of the bed order by e-mail for practically a month; there were several very important aspects I wanted.

I would like to warn you against buying from the Baby Stars shop!
On 12 September 2021 I purchased a cocoon together with a cot for my child and to date I have not received the goods. I emailed several enquiries about the status of the order and requests for a refund. Without much echo. They do not answer the phone of course. I was robbed of PLN 548. It's not a large amount, but when you have small children, every penny comes in handy, especially in the current economic situation.
I have given the matter to a law firm to analyse. As you can easily guess, this is too little damage and there is not much I can do in this situation myself.
I issued a letter to Baby Stars requesting a refund, sent by registered mail. Of course, no one picked it up. I sent the same summons again by email - silence. The law and the state system are helpless against such pathology.
The only thing left, and I am considering it, is to organise the other people who have been robbed and file a class action lawsuit with the public prosecutor's office - this will increase the amount to be paid plus interest - and at the same time to report to the court that a continuous offence has been committed in the form of an organised criminal group. I have been informed that these types of cases are often dealt with successfully in favour of the victims, and because of the seriousness of the crime (it is no longer a misdemeanour) the culprit often ends up in prison. After all, despite the large total amount to be recovered, there is no bailiff enforcement, there is a sentence and imprisonment for the offenders.
If there are shopkeepers among those reading this post here, consider this, a refund of a few hundred zloty or a judgment and a fine?

My post was not written under the influence of emotion. The order was placed last September, today is April. The emotion has long since worn off, and the fact that the post cannot be edited is a very good thing, there is no mirth and spin.
As I wrote, I sent emails, you don't answer the phone, I sent a registered letter... Nothing, no response, no contact. So to write that you ask to be contacted about an order before giving feedback is simply insolent and arrogant of you. Unless you can't read with understanding?
I too am a human being, in addition to working hard and honestly for a living, not preying on the loopholes of the system and human kindness. I'm not about spreading hate online or denigrating anyone. Simply being exploited is not in my nature.

Scammers like no other 🤣 If only they were smart enough to do it... just read the first few comments on this website... all the time emphasising how great the service is, different comments from the same account over and over again, and even the same comments added by "other people" 🙈🙈 marketing at full steam no problem! Wake up people these are scammers described on many groups on fb and beyond!
