Not recommended. Returning the goods costs more than the goods themselves. The order completely falls short of expectations. In addition, they sew the label Made in Italy, while the goods are from China.
One of the more dishonest shops offering merchandise and shipping from China, which you only find out about after placing your order. The pictures of the clothes on the website have nothing to do with what you get in the package. The material, the cut and the quality are so hopeless that all you can think about is throwing it in the rubbish, because the shipping costs to China are not worth it, because you do not know whether the company will return the money. In addition, at the post office you have to pay for the customs handling and if the value exceeds the set amount you have to pay vat. On the Facebook page, the company deletes and blocks all negative comments. Just see under the post how many comments there are and how many are displayed. ATTENTION once you have created an account with them on the site, there is no way to delete it and repeated requests sent by email to delete it are ignored. I advise against buying in this form unless you don't care about quality and want to throw money down the drain.
I ordered the dress on 30th January and until 20th March 2022 I have not received the goods. I wrote emails to the company and they replied that it was a customs problem, then that they had already sent it and I have to be patient it has been 48 days and I still have not received it in the terms and conditions of this shop is that the goods will be received within 35 days in general GREAT DEAL I DO NOT RECOMMEND.!!!!!!!!! I am curious at all how my wife will get the dress what quality it will be.

The dress was ordered on 30 April 2022.As of 24 June I have not received the order even though 35 working days have passed. When I contact them I get the answer that there are customs problems, that I may not receive the package from the courier, but when I ask in what time I will get my money back unfortunately they are unable to say and if I will get the whole cost also silence. I don't know how it will all end, but reading the opinions of others I think nothing good. I only regret that before ordering the dress I did not read the real reviews, but unfortunately the fake ones were only positive, of course, because the others are immediately deleted and the customer blocked.

I find the following feedback appalling! I ordered and paid for the merchandise on 04.06.2022 which was confirmed by "Cikelly" by email stating that the merchandise was shipped on that day. Today marks the 33rd day since it was dispatched and silence. On the tracking page for a month there is only the information that it has been received and "goods on their way":? Looking at this feedback I think I will join the people who are being cheated by the company. When I write to them I receive a reply-stamp "they ask for patience"!!! I advise you not to enter into any purchase.

Absolutely unmanageable shop After waiting 36 days for a paid shipment the only answer to the question about the reason for the delay is "please be patient".Unfortunately, like most of these pseudo-services they should be included in the group of swindlers with no chance of compensation and no possibility of returning the dubious quality of the product. Przestrzegam przed sklepem Cikelly. Zamówionego i zapłaconego towaru nie otrzymałam choć czekam już ponad 3 miesiące. Sklep przestał też odpowiadać na moje maile.
