The quality of the product is very low. The products after purchase do not match what is shown on the store's website. Instructions - how to safely shop online: online shopping should be started by finding the entrepreneur's registration details, address and contact details on the store's website. The seller is obliged to make them available. Before purchasing, please always check whether the website has an address to which you can send a return - in the event of a complaint. Often, the lack of an address means that we will send returns to China at our own expense. Please check the price of the product you are looking for in other stores, often a big promotion is simply not possible. It is worth contacting the store before buying, is their phone answered? It is worth repeating this procedure for any online purchases. It is worth checking the store's Facebook page, are there comments under the posts? Is it empty and makes you think. Please remember that the market of purchased positive comments is booming, so please verify the content carefully. The above procedure will not protect us from fraudsters, but it can reduce the risk that we will buy a faulty product. You can contact the ombudsman for consumer rights when the store does not send the goods or does not accept complaints and there are problems with communication with the store. You have been scammed by any online store, also write to us. On our Facebook page you can publish photos and publicize the case so that fewer people are deceived.
I would like to warn potential customers of this webshop about the "easy returns" as stated on the website. My order came from China as stated by the shop and it has to be returned to China when it did not meet expectations (in my case and I guess other clients as well). I am pasting here the response of the shop without any commentary and assessment myself:
"If the goods are returned, it is necessary to send them back abroad - from the place where the package was sent.
The order was shipped from China and the package should be sent back there.
Information about the need to return to the place of dispatch can be found in the Returns and Complaints section and in the shop's Terms and Conditions, which you accept when placing your order.

I would not recommend the shop. I ordered a jumper over a month and a half ago and it is still not there. Of course they write back by e-mail that the goods have been sent and the waiting time is 10-35 days.
I would not recommend anyone to buy from this shop on my first order ordering three things I received two, on top of that not in the size. After making a complaint they got the third thing But completely different.... For different amounts. I have ordered from various shops But this one is the worst

I also do not recommend this site. Total lack of a proper approach to customers, for me a bit disrespectful. The waiting time for parcels is cosmic, of course everything can be understood, but there are limits. It is a waste of health and money. I am very disappointed. I will definitely not order anything from this company again. 👎👎👎
Gigimiss.pl this shop is some kind of failure. It takes 3 months for the ordered goods to go to me. I ordered 2 cotton dresses and I think the cotton is just growing. They are just plain scammers.
