I ordered 2 dresses on 20 April, one of which arrived but such that a cleaning lady wouldn't wear it and I am waiting for the other. I wanted to send it back to the address in Słubice (from where I received it) but it is very difficult to contact this firemanship - bush..finally they kindly sent me the address to China to send the dresses back. However, I have not received the second one yet, and I would certainly send both back . So I have already notified PIH. Sandbella owes me £235 . They are a thieving company and will not get away with it !

My worst purchase. I paid almost 100 zloty for a dress which is not suitable for anything but sleeping (because of the material). The dress was supposed to be long-sleeved and came in something like a 3/4 sleeve. After a short conversation, it turned out that the return to China and is not very profitable. In the course of negotiations I received an offer and now a note: a discount on my next purchase for 20 or 30%? I no longer remember exactly. In the end, they gave me 40 zloty on my account and this ,,dress," stayed with me. The only good thing was that I got a nice guy to negotiate the return and there was no stress. No more Sandbell!
I agree, the shop sends rags that have nothing to do with what is in the pictures.Attempts to send it back to China were unsuccessful because I did not get a specific address to return. Well, things are basically fit for nothing.
The cleaner has a better floor cloth than these rags.

Well, you have to communicate to the company that you are withdrawing from the contract because of a hidden defect in the item. There are forms on the website of the consumer protection office. In the case of a latent defect, it is the seller's responsibility to arrange for a courier. In summary, you have to write to the company to request that they send a courier because the item has a hidden defect and you withdraw because of the hidden defect. Sandbella does not do this, it is unprofitable for them. At this point the negotiations start. They write about a discount and leaving the item with you. At first they start with a few zloty, but please do not agree to this for a settlement and a partial discount. In my case, I negotiated a 100% refund for the dress that was left with me. In response to their offer of immediate repayment of part of the compensation in the context of a complaint acknowledged by Sandbella forI demanded a refund of the entire amount paid, almost PLN 600, due to my withdrawal from the purchase/sale agreement concluded in October.
This deviation is not only due tohidding of ordered clothes, namely: total incompatibility of sizes, materials, colours, workmanship (sewing and finishing). These are things that clothes may resemble in name only and are in no way associated with the practices of even the cheapest Chinese seamstresses, but also Failure to complete the entire contract within the deadline.
Sandbella didn't deliver the 3 items I ordered, and in some bizarre freebie, or by mistake on their part, I received an undersized sweatshirt of unspecified material, unsuitable even for ragging.

After ordering something I was tempted to read the reviews, which are what they are. Luckily they hadn't sent my package yet and I was able to cancel the order (it's the law until they send the package you can cancel the order). They wrote me back that they would refund the money within 2 days, so I am now waiting for the cash back.

I ordered the dress from Bodariri.com and then received an email confirmation of my purchase from two sites, namely just Bodariri and Sandbella. The dress also arrived to me with a Sandbella label, so apparently these sites are connected. The order arrived after a 24-day wait: the dress was ordered on 2 May 2022 and arrived on 26 May 2022. Regarding the size: I ordered an S and it fits me. The dress is similar to the one in the photo, BUT NOT IDENTICAL. I personally after reading the comments was afraid it would be inferior, and overall I am satisfied for the price (£140 including shipping). The parcel arrived via Inpost courier and was packed in a ziplock bag.
I placed an order on 05.06.22 in the sandbell shop for almost 500£, after which I read the reviews of the shop and already on 06.06 I sent them a declaration of withdrawal. I have not received any feedback from them! I am full of fear that I have lost this money !

The machine wrote back today that the parcel has been sent and they can no longer cancel! Total nonsense, because they tell you to wait for the package number, how did they send it already? Today 07.06 I ordered 3 dresses from the website reading the reviews on the shop's website. After googling the reviews on the shop I was horrified and immediately wrote a letter of withdrawal. I am curious to see how this will be resolved.
Order placed on 3 April for £98.99, supposedly shipped on 6 April(I received an email with this content:due to a fire in the OVH server room was sent late) ,To this day I have not got the parcel, on 25 May they wrote that there are delays with customs control, and if I no longer want the parcel then I should not receive it and the money will be refunded.For me this company is a scam, and I do not recommend anyone to order from this site, because it is just a waste of money.

I wrote a complaint as one of the deceived ladies advised, they haggled, that 40 PLN will be returned because it is agreed then 80 PLN and finally 100 PLN and I can leave the goods, but what will I do with it even the windows can not be cleaned!!!! Unfortunately, I have the same opinion... I do not recommend! I waited over 2 months for the dress. When it arrived it turned out to be the complete opposite of what was shown in the picture, colour, material as well as size. I often buy online,but it's been a long time since I encountered such a scam 🙁 .

Scammers, I refused the parcel from the courier, went to them for a refund, waited for a refund and they 2 weeks later without giving an email, prisoner without telling the courier that they were carrying the parcel they deceitfully sent it a second time which my daughter unknowingly picked up.
