On 11 October 2023 I received a consignment of sports shoes. In the package I received footwear completely inconsistent with the order and size. I mention that I had paid for the footwear in advance.
The next day I received a message in which the website acknowledged the error and that they would organise a re-delivery and as an apology I would receive three pairs of Puma socks and added that they were sorry for this. On the 25th of October I sent an enquiry about the shipment but the next day when I tried to pass on the information I received that the website was now unavailable. I do not know what to do.
